Our client, one of the best-known fast casual Mexican brands in the industry, is currently seeking Catering Sales Manager candidates in the Charlotte area! The Catering Sales Manager will build sales within a designated area by managing outside solicitation and support of stores in that area. The CSM is also a Brand Ambassador who speaks knowledgeably and professionally about the company and assists customers in ordering decisions.

  • Build catering sales to reach or exceed sales targets
  • Account Management and development
  • Visit potential customers in your area
  • Prospects for new business through cold calls and in person
  • Communicate openly with Operating Partners/General Managers and local teams
  • Follow-up to ensure each order is executed flawlessly by stores in your region
  • Develop and execute quarterly Marketing Calendar
  • Track and report order details to Director of Catering as needed
  • Excellent sales, organizational skills, and outstanding customer service
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and goal oriented person with the highest professional ethics and integrity
  • Basic computer literacy: Outlook, Microsoft, quickly adapt to web based sales tools
  • 3-6 years of restaurant catering or sales experience
  • Experience working remotely is preferred but not required

  • Salary up to $60K base (depending on experience)
