Executive Chef & Sous Chef

Our Client, a very fast-growing, high-volume Casual Dining company, has created another new opportunity! We are currently seeking qualified, experienced Executive Chefs & Sous Chefs for this exciting concept head-quartered in DC. Average sales $5M+, from-scratch kitchens, and huge growth plans! The concept requires Chefs who show exceptional skills in developing and growing teams, and effectively managing the kitchen staff. Able to control and manage food cost in line with the budget, source ingredients, control production and portions in line with specifications. The Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef, and assists in all aspects of managing back-of-house.
Current BOH management experience in a High-Volume, Casual Dining or Fine Dining establishment is required.
Salary ranges from $50-80K depending on experience and position
