Our Client, a very fast-growing, high-volume Casual Dining company, has created another new opportunity! We are currently seeking qualified, experienced Restaurant Managers and Sous Chefs in Sunrise, FL (Sawgrass Mills). Average sales $5M+, scratch kitchens, and aggressive growth plans!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food!
The concept requires a Chef who shows exceptional skills in developing and growing teams, and effectively managing the kitchen staff. Would report directly to the Executive Chef, able to control and manage food cost in line with the budget, source ingredients, control production and portions in line with specifications.
Restaurant Managers oversee daily operations of the restaurant and report directly to the General Manager.
