REQUIREMENTS and DESCRIPTION
*Minimum of 2 years in the restaurant business (not fast food) with at least 1year in a supervisory position.
*Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
*Understanding of Wine and Spirits products and sales.
*This position requires excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
*Verification of previous employment, references and background check will be conducted.
Starting base salary range is $42,000 to $50,000, depending on experience, plus benefits. Bonus eligibility after 6 months.
Managers will perform a variety of different functions throughout the work day. The working environment is dynamic and challenging and requires creative and critical thinking individual. Each manager is assigned an area of responsibility as well as daily dining room management responsibilities. A quality manager will always be coaching - providing feedback for constant staff learning and verification of knowledge and skills.
